Clinical Elective Catalog
Students may now apply to electives in the Department indicated in the Block dates below.  Once the allocated electives are at capacity we will review your application for the next elective specialty.  Your application will be submitted with all other applications to the Departments for initial review once the application Block has been closed.

We have extended the Block Three application period until July 31st.
Students may now apply for clinical electives during:
Block One - applications accepted January 1-15 for July - August - September rotation dates
Block Two - applications accepted April 1-15 for October - November - December rotation dates
Block Three - applications accepted July 1-15 for January - February - March rotation dates
Block Four - applications accepted October 1-15 for April - May - June rotation dates

There are four stages in the application process:
1. Check eligibility
2. Upload personal application information
3. List requested electives and dates
4. Upload required documents

Once your application is reviewed at each stage, we will determine whether or not we can move forward with your request and will update your online application status. Students approved for rotations are only approved for those indicated and additional rotations once here will not be supported. We will consider additional four week rotations on an individual basis.  Please email with any questions prior to application.

Thank you and we hope to have you as a guest student this academic year.
